Community. Grit. Growth Mindset.
Full Steam CrossFit was built on a simple belief: hard work done together gets results. We're here to prove it every class.
Built From the Ground Up
Simply put, our mission is to help you, “Change Your Life With Us.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts, and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting-edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count.
Our staff cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.
hear from our community
Don’t just take our word for it. Watch real Full Steam CrossFit members share how our coaches and community have helped them get stronger, build confidence, and stay motivated.

Back in 2015, I was a college kid looking for a job. I’d grown up playing sports and always loved fitness, so coaching seemed like a good fit. What I didn’t expect was how much it would change me. Standing in front of a class gave me the confidence to share what I know, and just as importantly, to say “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” That curiosity has kept me learning ever since, and it’s a big part of why I still love what I do.
My favorite part of coaching is watching people do things they never imagined they could. That first pull up, a new lifting PR, finally nailing a skill that used to feel impossible. Those moments never get old. I also love getting to know the people behind the workout: your family, your job, your hobbies. I’m always up for talking sports, TV shows, and of course, food. Fair warning: I’m a die hard Eagles and Miami Heat fan, so choose your words carefully. Go Birds!
Outside the gym, you’ll find me camping, hiking, and biking with my wife and kids, always hunting for our next adventure. I hold a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Business Administration, and I’m a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT). Whether it’s your first class or your thousandth, I can’t wait to meet you. See you in the gym!

Jordan Core
Owner/Coach
I’m Jordan Core, owner of Full Steam CrossFit, a CF-L3 coach, a USAW Level 2 Sports Performance Coach, and an HSN Certified Nutrition Coach who’s been helping people grow since 2009. I love watching people build grit, develop a growth mindset, and discover they’re capable of more than they imagined. Outside Full Steam, I’m a rookie golfer, world traveler, sci-fi and fantasy fan, and new dad. Fun fact: I once got locked inside a self-cleaning public bathroom in Marseilles, France — ask me about it! Whether you’re just getting started or ready for your next challenge, come as you are. I’m excited to meet you and help you get where you want to go!

I grew up as an athlete and naturally spent many years doing strength training to coincide with my performance. After graduating high school, I continued to leisurely play sports throughout college, but that's where I became really invested in bodybuilding and fitness. I spent 4 years in the bodybuilding and fitness club at The University of South Carolina where I served many different positions on our board. Post college, I was still very involved with my health and fitness, but I was beginning to get bored with the traditional “bro” splits. I developed a passion for indoor cycling, where I then obtained a certification to teach classes.
Later, a friend of mine that had been doing CrossFit for a few years was encouraging me to try different workouts she was doing by sending them and sharing them with me. Eventually, she convinced me to “just come try a class” and to this day, I've never looked back. That was a decade ago! After 3 years of doing CrossFit, I knew I wanted to take my passion to the next level by sharing that love via coaching. I've been a CrossFit coach for 8 years now and it is such a rewarding experience. I love watching people grow and challenge themselves.
So, are you ready to get started? All it takes is one foot forward.
