At Full Steam CrossFit, we offer dynamic and challenging group classes that are designed to help individuals reach their goals.

Group classes provide many benefits when it comes to developing a consistent gym schedule, staying accountable to showing up and following through with your commitment! Having a community of like-minded individuals who are all striving towards similar goals is an incredible motivator. When everyone works together, there’s an increased sense of camaraderie that encourages each person to push themselves further than they would on their own. Additionally, our certified coaches provide personalized attention and guidance throughout the class. Our high-quality coaching ensures proper form, while also providing modifications or alternative exercises so everyone can get the most out of each workout session.

Our group classes here at Full Steam focus on functional movements such as squats, push-ups, and pull-ups – as well as plyometrics, kettlebell swings, and Olympic lifts. Each day of our class programming works together to improve your strength and endurance levels while helping build lean muscle mass. We also incorporate cardiovascular exercises into our program for those looking for more cardio-focused workouts. Our aerobic capacity days include rowing machines, running drills, and other high-intensity interval training activities during class time too!

At Full Steam CrossFit, we understand how difficult it can be to stay motivated when working out alone. With our group CrossFit classes, however, this doesn’t have to be a problem anymore!
